The management and staff at Southview consistently went and above and beyond their duties to ensure comfort, safety and happiness of my step-dad, The care plan tailored to meet the needs of my step-dad was evident in the outstanding level of attention, that you provided , It is evident that you genuinely care about the wellbeing of your clients and treat them with respect and dignity at this difficult time of their life. We cannot express enough how grateful our family were for the compassionate care provided by Southview not only for my step-dad but for the support you gave my Mum at this sad time - you became friends to our family, the professionalism exhibited by you and your team had far exceeded our expectations. I simply cannot tell you just how exceptional your team was, The support love and compassion shown not just to my dad but to us my family as well was beyond any expectations I have ever had, It was the most peaceful passing and that was due to each and everyone of you playing a part in it, the trip to the beach, ice creams, colouring book - All happy memories I will never forget
